This exhaustively researched book includes historical information on the origins of the collection and the museum. It also provides details and context about the important Napoleonic artifacts in the inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Collection of the Museo Napoleonico Havana, Cuba<\/em><\/strong> is comprised of over 350 pages<\/strong>\u00a0that are illustrated with more than 300 photos<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0more than 100 pages of text<\/strong>. The text and photography is by\u00a0Luke Dalla Bona<\/strong> with forewords by\u00a0Jean Mendelson<\/strong>\u00a0(Former Ambassador of France in Cuba) and\u00a0J. About the Author<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Luke Dalla Bona is a Canadian archaeologist who has worked on excavations in much of Canada \u2014 from Ontario, west to British Columbia and north to Yukon \u2014 since 1987. He has authored numerous academic articles and conference papers and, has made more than 50 presentations at conferences in Canada, USA, Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia, Russia, Cuba and Ecuador. He is a Fellow (with honour) of the International Napoleonic Society<\/a> and a member of the Mass\u00e9na Society<\/a>; speaks English and Spanish fluently and does pretty good in French. He lives in a little seaside village in Ecuador with his wife and son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
